Jessica Cary, LMHC, is a licensed mental health counselor, educator, and survivor of intimate partner violence with over 20 years of experience in the field of trauma recovery. She is the owner of Sacred Pathways Counseling, a private practice specializing in integrative, trauma-informed care. Drawing from both her clinical expertise and lived experience, Jessica offers trainings and workshops that challenge misconceptions about abuse, promote survivor-centered care, and integrate cutting-edge research into practice. She partners with Dr. Laura Sinko of Temple University to bridge clinical work with trauma-informed research and is also the founder of Beyond Brazen, a nonprofit supporting survivors through education and advocacy. Jessica is passionate about dismantling stigma, fostering resilience, and helping others reconnect with their inherent worth and power.
