Jennie Pless is a PhD candidate in the University of Georgia School of Social Work, and an overnight and weekend domestic violence advocate and supervisor at Gateway Domestic Violence Center. She earned her Master of Social Work and Master of Education in Human Sexuality from Widener University. Her research centers around reducing barriers to help-seeking for survivors of intimate partner violence.
