Kylee Elliott is the Senior Project Coordinator for Training and Engagement for the
Georgia Commission on Family Violence and is responsible for facilitating the
development, coordination, and implementation of content and messaging for GCFV.
Prior to this assignment, Kylee spent five years developing the Support for Survivors of
Murder-Suicide Project for GCFV, which is the first of its kind in the nation to support
survivors who have lost loved ones to murder-suicide in their grief journey after a
murder-suicide loss.
Additionally, Kylee served for ten years at a community-based domestic violence and
sexual assault center, directing and managing their legal advocacy program.
Kylee has served on the FVIP Rules Committee for the State of Georgia and is an
expert witness in family violence. She is the current chair of the Georgia TPO Forum
and the former chair of the Cobb County Domestic Violence Task Force and Fatality
Review Committee.
Kylee regularly provides training and technical support both nationally and locally on
issues related to family violence, murder-suicide response, safety planning, stalking
victimization, and grief. Kylee is a Certified Professional Trainer for suicide prevention
through QPR, for Stalking Victimization by SPARC, and grief & death studies through
The Center for Loss and Life Transition.
