InkWell Publishers Inc.

Beverly Floyd is the co-founder and President of InkWell Publishers Inc., a nonprofit publishing house dedicated to making a positive impact through the transformative power of storytelling. Since its founding in 2020, InkWell has championed stories that heal, unite, and spark meaningful conversations.

A Navy veteran, Beverly’s journey—both personal and professional—is deeply rooted in her passion for empowering survivors. Her inspiration stems from her mother’s experience as a survivor of domestic abuse—a truth fully revealed 15 years after her mother’s passing.

With over two decades of experience in instructional design, Beverly also serves as CEO of The Corporate Vine, a learning and consulting company providing culture-based training solutions for organizations and communities. She has collaborated with licensed therapists and counselors to develop workshops for military leaders and first responders on topics including domestic violence, child abuse and neglect, new parent support, deployment readiness, and post-traumatic stress disorder. She has also co-created workshops for couples focused on building healthy, lasting relationships, including the Journey to Intimacy Workshop in collaboration with Jackson Marriage and Family Counseling Group.

Through her work, Beverly weaves together personal insight, professional expertise, and a mission-driven mindset to create spaces where survivors are heard, healing is honored, and resilience is reclaimed.
